Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Qatar

Leading Client Organisation looking for high calibre Cost Managers with pre‑contract experience for major infrastructure and building projects. Candidates will have a track record in providing pre‑contract commercial expertise on major building or infrastructure projects (Multi Billion Dollar Projects). Candidates will have extensive FIDIC experience and will have excellent technical knowledge.

Essential Requirements

• Worked for a recognised international blue consultancy.
• Experience of major infrastructure or building projects.
• A stable employment history.
• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline such as quantity surveying with over 10 years post graduate experience.
• Expert knowledge of the pre‑contract phase of projects with FIDIC experience essential.
• Professionally qualified by ideally by RICS.

Candidate Profile

Experienced Quantity Surveyor or Cost Consultant who has delivered major infrastructure projects with values in excess of $50 million. Will currently be working for a recognised international consultancy and be keen to move into a client side role.
