Job summary

KEO is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a demanding role in Doha, Qatar. You will manage procurement, cost control, and contract administration across projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal standards.

Applicants should have 10+ years in QS, a Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying, and strong experience with tendering, BOQ, interim payments, and final accounts. Knowledge of FIDIC and related contracts is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying with 10+ years of experience.
• Proven proficiency in tender document preparation, BOQ, interim payment evaluation, and final account preparation.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC, JCT, CESMM and contract administration in multidisciplinary settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage frameworks contractors and administer contracts throughout procurement and project lifecycle.
• Lead the preparation, review and finalisation of tender documentation and cost plans.
• Deliver accurate cost planning, estimating, commercial analysis and financial advice.
• Administer commercial aspects of contracts from inception to close-out, including variations and claims.
• Review technical and commercial documentation for accuracy and contractual compliance.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to support successful delivery.
