Job summary
Arab Solutions in Doha is seeking a Systems Administration Consultant IT Operations to administer and support enterprise Windows systems, provide Tier 2/3 escalation, and ensure reliable operations across identity, messaging, remote access, device-management and security services.
You will diagnose complex incidents, perform RCAs, implement durable fixes, and coach frontline staff for first-contact resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- 5+ years in enterprise Windows systems administration with at least 2 years handling Tier 2/3 escalations.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS/DHCP, SCCM, Exchange Online, Teams/Webex, and Citrix.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and troubleshoot AD GPOs to enforce security and ops standards.
- Add/remove DNS records, DHCP reservations, and certificates per requests.
- Troubleshoot Entra ID sync issues and TDS challenges.
- Resolve failed deployments from Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Coordinate patch management and Windows system updates.
- Maintain and update security policies, DLP, and whitelisting.
- Respond to incidents related to RDP failures and remote access.
- Document architecture and configuration changes for IT operations.
