Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Qatar is seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to lead scaffold crews on major oil, gas and construction projects. You will ensure safe access and drive daily onsite operations.

The role requires CISRS‑OSTS certification, Qatar approvals, and 7–10 years in scaffolding with supervisory responsibilities. You will coordinate with engineers, foremen, and contractors to maintain safety, permits, and logs.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Technical Certificate in Civil / Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• Certified Scaffolding Supervisor (CISRS‑OSTS or equivalent).
• Valid Qatar government approvals for scaffolding works.
• Minimum 7–10 years’ scaffolding experience, including supervisory roles in oil & gas or construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead scaffolding crews, allocate manpower, and monitor daily activities.
• Enforce HSE standards, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure scaffolds meet CISRS/NOC safety requirements.
• Inspect scaffolding structures for stability, load capacity, and compliance with drawings.
• Liaise with engineers, foremen, and contractors to provide safe access solutions.
• Maintain scaffolding permits, inspection checklists, and daily activity logs.
• Guide scaffolders on best practices and corrective measures.
• Address site issues, defects, and ensure scaffolds are modified safely when required.
