Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering on site in Qatar seeks a skilled Scaffolding Supervisor to lead scaffolding crews, assign tasks, and monitor daily activities. You will ensure adherence to safety protocols and coordinate with engineers to maintain safe access and compliance.

The role requires CISRS or equivalent certification, a diploma or technical certificate in civil or mechanical engineering, and 5–7 years of supervisory scaffolding experience, with valid Qatar approvals for works.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Technical Certificate in Civil / Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• Certified Scaffolding Supervisor / Foreman (CISRS or equivalent).
• Valid Qatar government approvals for scaffolding works.
• Minimum 5-7 years' scaffolding experience, including supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead scaffolding crews, assign tasks, and monitor daily activities.
• Enforce HSE standards, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure safety compliance.
• Inspect scaffolding structures for stability, load capacity, and CISRS/NOC standards.
• Liaise with site engineers, supervisors, and contractors for safe access solutions.
• Maintain scaffolding permits, inspection checklists, and daily activity logs.
• Guide scaffolders on best practices and corrective measures.
• Address site issues, defects, and ensure scaffolds are modified safely when required.
