Job summary

QatarEnergy LNG is seeking a Scaffolding & Refractory Supervisor as part of its India recruitment initiative. The role focuses on supervising the execution team, ensuring safety, quality, and procedural adherence across facilities.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for in-person interviews later in 2026; walk-in interviews are not accepted. The incumbent will lead daily activities, plan tasks, and deliver reports while mentoring contractors, inspectors, and end users in defined procedures

Qualifications

• HND in Structural, Civil or Mechanical discipline.
• Completed CITB, CISRS and OSHA certificates.
• 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries.

Responsibilities

• Supervise scaffolding and refractory execution teams with safety and quality emphasis.
• Ensure adherence to the Scaffolding and Refractory manual and standards.
• Lead daily activities, plan tasks, and submit daily/weekly reports.
• Assess and certify scaffold supervisors and inspectors and verify competency.
• Provide procedural awareness and training for end users.
• Inspect and audit scaffolding and refractory yards and oversee work.
• Improve scaffold procedures and technical manuals for complex access.
• Contribute to annual maintenance budgets and ensure spare parts availability.
• Provide maintenance assistance during plant emergencies.
