Job summary

Readymix Qatar LTD. is looking for a results-driven sales professional to drive the sale of Ready-Mix Concrete and Value Added Products in Qatar. You will cultivate customer relationships, identify new opportunities and tailor RMX/VAP solutions to client needs.

The role requires 5–7 years in RMX or related construction materials, strong market knowledge in Qatar, and the ability to coordinate with technical and operations teams to win orders and support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Civil Engineering preferred.
• 5–7 years of sales experience in RMX, construction materials or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar market and solution-based selling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer relationships across assigned accounts and market segments.
• Drive sales of Ready-Mix Concrete and Value Added Products (VAP), identifying opportunities to increase solution-based sales.
• Identify and develop new customers, projects and business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Understand customer pain points and recommend RMX and VAP solutions with technical/operational teams.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms within guidelines and follow up to secure orders.
• Monitor market activity, competitor offerings, customer trends and pipelines for market intelligence.
• Coordinate with operations, dispatch, technical, quality and other teams to ensure service and order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer information, forecasts and activity records.
• Follow policies, HSE requirements, credit procedures and governance.
• Contribute to customer retention, collections and profitable growth.
• Support timely collection of outstanding payments with Credit Control; follow up with customers to resolve issues.
