Job summary

Mogi I/O : OTT/Podcast/Short Video Apps for you is seeking a Rig Superintendent to lead on-site oilfield operations in Qatar. You will oversee HSE, maintenance, and personnel management while ensuring profitability and strong client relationships.

The role requires extensive drilling and wellbore experience, capacity to manage multiple crews, and a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in the oil field with leadership of drilling crews.
• Hands-on management of wellbore operations and drilling performance.
• Strong HSE leadership and safety culture commitment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise all rig activities to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Drilling operations and well completion optimization for technical success.
• Manage rig performance, profitability, and operational integrity.
• Uphold quality and HSE standards and lead safety initiatives.
• Direct personnel management and training of crews and subcontractors.
• Coordinate rig logistics and external support services.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
