Job summary

A leading oil and gas service provider in Qatar is seeking a drilling supervisor to oversee multi-site operations and manage contractors. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting incident investigations, and providing mentorship to junior staff. Candidates should hold a degree or diploma in a relevant discipline and possess strong English communication skills. Experience with SHE practices and H2S well designs is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in related discipline or experience as a drilling supervisor.
• Prior experience with SHE is preferred.
• Experience with H2S well designs and safety practices.
• Strong verbal and written skills in English.
• Ability to communicate with multi-national crews.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of multi-site, multi-rig drilling operations.
• Management of shared services and supervision of contractors.
• Follow up on incident investigations and remediation requirements.
• Create daily detailed and accurate Wellview reports.
• Mentorship for National Engineers and junior staff.
