Mogi I/O : OTT/Podcast/Short Video Apps for you is seeking a Rig Superintendent to lead the Operations department on assigned rigs in Qatar, with accountability for safety, maintenance, and profitability. You will drive drilling operations, oversee crews (including subcontractors), manage assets, and protect client relationships while delivering cost-efficient results.

You will champion HSE, build a culture of excellence, and mentor teams to meet schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in oil field operations and drilling environments.
• Proven leadership of drilling crews and subcontractors.
• Hands-on wellbore operations knowledge.
• Ability to reduce costs and meet timelines.
• Strong HSE knowledge and safety leadership.
• Strong client and stakeholder relationship skills.
