Job summary

Anotech seeks an Offshore Drilling Supervisor to lead safe, efficient drilling operations on offshore platforms in Qatar. You will champion HSE culture, supervise drilling programs and mentor offshore teams, ensuring alignment with permits and risk assessments.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
10–15 years of experience as Drilling Supervisor.
Experience with horizontal wells; ERD desirable.
SIMOPS exposure on crowded/live facilities.
IWCF Level 4 – Surface or Subsea certification.
OPITO-approved T-BOSIET.
Fluent English with strong communication and leadership.
High-hazard offshore drilling environment experience.

Responsibilities

Lead HSE performance and culture as SAD.
Co-lead SIMOPS on live platforms and in H2S environments.
Supervise drilling, completion and intervention programs in line with requirements.
Lead offshore teams and mentor staff.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Geology, Reservoir and others.
Review permits, JSAs and risk assessments for SIMOPS.
Direct drilling contractors and oversee high-risk operations.
Drive performance, cost control and timely well delivery.
Analyze live data and implement lessons learned.
Coordinate offshore logistics and support crisis response.
