Mogi I/O : OTT/Podcast/Short Video Apps for you is seeking a Rig Superintendent to lead and optimize drilling operations on assigned rigs. You will oversee HSE, maintenance, and asset protection while managing crews and subcontractors, ensuring safe, cost-efficient projects and strong client relationships.

In this hands-on leadership role you will drive operational performance, enforce quality standards, coordinate logistics, and mentor on-site teams to meet timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in oilfield drilling and wellbore operations.
• Proven leadership of multiple drilling crews, including subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and safety leadership.
• Ability to optimize drilling performance and control costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize day-to-day drilling operations for efficiency and safety.
