Job summary

Power International Holding (PIH) seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee cost control for civil and building works in Qatar. You will lead subcontractor administration, manage approvals, and drive financial performance across projects.

The role requires 8+ years of relevant experience, GCC exposure, and strong skills in CCS, SAP, AutoCAD, Excel, and MS Office. On-site duties and coordination with site teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Professional QS qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in civil/building projects; GCC experience is a plus.
• ERP/SAP experience required; proficiency in CCS and AutoCAD helpful.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and expand knowledge base on Civil and Building matters for specific projects.
• Administer subcontractors and company procedures, and coordinate with site and technical teams.
• Manage Client Site Instructions, Variation Orders, and timely payment applications.
