Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in consultancy, engineering or construction.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC and international contract standards.
• Proficiency with CostX, Candy, Excel and MS Project.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies and cost plans.
• Participate in tendering, including BOQ, tender evaluations and procurement advice.
• Manage budgets, valuations, cost reporting, and interim payments.
• Evaluate variations, changes, and claims with documentation.
• Conduct site visits and advise on risk management and dispute resolution.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers and clients to align on project goals.
