Job summary

Galfar Engineering and Contracting W.L.L in Doha seeks a senior Quantity Surveyor to lead estimation, cost planning, tender preparation and commercial management for medium to large-scale building, infrastructure and MEP projects.

You will perform detailed cost take-offs, prepare budgets and cash flows, manage subcontractor pricing, assess contractual risks, and support negotiations. A MRICS/AIQS or equivalent credential is advantageous with 10+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• MRICS/AIQS/RICS CIOB or equivalent is an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, estimation and tendering.

Responsibilities

• Lead tender preparation and bid submission.
• Conduct commercial evaluation of offers and cost analyses.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and pricing strategies.
• Identify commercial risks and propose mitigations.
• Support contract negotiations and stakeholder coordination.
