Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking a qualified QC Inspector with 5–8 years of experience in oil and gas piping and instrumentation. The role focuses on inspection against drawings and standards, materials verification, and witnessing hydrostatic/pneumatic tests.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering.
5–8 years of QC inspection experience in oil & gas piping and instrumentation.
Strong knowledge of ASME, API, ISO, and project QA/QC procedures.

Responsibilities

Inspect piping and instrumentation installations against drawings, specifications, and standards.
Verify materials, welding consumables, and instrumentation components against approved specifications.
Witness hydrostatic, pneumatic, and functional tests of piping systems and instruments.
Maintain inspection reports, test records, and quality documentation for audits and client submission.
Ensure adherence to ISO, ASME, API, and project quality standards.
Liaise with construction teams, subcontractors, and clients to resolve quality issues.
Identify NCRs, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on closure.
Ensure inspections are conducted safely and in line with HSE requirements.
