Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Qatar seeks an experienced Offshore QA/QC Inspector to perform welding and mechanical inspections in line with offshore standards. You will implement ITPs, coordinate NDT, manage NCRs, and maintain comprehensive inspection documentation.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of QA/QC inspection experience, at least 5 years offshore, and CSWIP 3.1/3.2 Welding Inspector Certification with ISO 9001 knowledge. Offshore survival training is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years QA/QC inspection experience required.
• At least 5 years offshore experience preferred.
• CSWIP 3.1/3.2 Welding Inspector Certification and ISO 9001 knowledge preferred.
• Offshore survival training (BOSIET/HUET) beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Welding & mechanical inspection in compliance with offshore standards.
• QA/QC management to ensure adherence to project specs and codes.
• ITP implementation for mechanical and welding activities.
• Materials inspection against approved specs.
• Coordinate NDT activities and manage NCRs.
• Maintain inspection reports, welding records, and QC documentation.
• Monitor compliance with offshore safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, QA/QC teams, and subcontractors.
