Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10 years of professional experience in stakeholder management, community relations, public interface management or project coordination, including 7 in a similar role.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, utility providers, residents, businesses, authorities and external stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of stakeholder engagement, communication, complaint management and public interface processes in infrastructure projects.

Aufgaben

• Manage stakeholder engagement, community relations, and public interface activities to support project requirements.
• Establish and maintain relationships with residents, businesses, authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries, complaints, and community concerns related to project activities.
• Coordinate with project teams to address and resolve concerns in a timely manner.
• Track and close out stakeholder complaints, grievances, and public concerns.
