Job summary

KEO Group in Doha, Qatar, is hiring a Stakeholder Management Engineer to oversee stakeholder interfaces, engagement with authorities and utilities, and coordination to secure approvals and NOCs for complex projects.

The role requires 14+ years of experience, with at least 7 years in stakeholder management, and MMUP/UPDA registration in Qatar; fluency in English and Arabic is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent in Science, Engineering, or Arts.
• 14+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 7 years in stakeholder management.
• MMUP/UPDA registration in Qatar.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder interfaces and engagement with government authorities, utility providers, developers and other stakeholders to facilitate project delivery.
• Coordinate requirements, secure approvals and NOCs, resolve interface issues, and monitor outstanding matters.
• Develop and implement stakeholder management, interface and communication plans aligned with project needs.
• Plan and lead stakeholder engagement activities to secure approvals and monitor status.
• Maintain accurate stakeholder databases, engagement records and project documentation.
