Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• 10–15+ years of proposal management experience for civil, infrastructure, or industrial construction projects.
• Knowledge of EPC tendering and contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams during bid preparation and tender execution.
• Prepare competitive bidding strategies and tender submissions under tight deadlines.
• Review technical and commercial content with engineering, procurement and planning teams.
