Job summary

UCC Holding, a leading construction group in Qatar, seeks a Senior Estimation & Tendering Manager (Civil) to lead cost estimation, tendering, and risk assessment for major civil and building projects in Qatar.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and 12–15+ years of estimation experience, with GCC exposure preferred. You will coordinate bid teams, optimize costs, and ensure competitive tender submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 12–15+ years of estimation and tendering experience in construction.
• GCC construction experience preferred.
• Experience with commercial buildings, residential, hospitality, or institutional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of detailed cost estimates for civil/building projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, BOQs to determine project costs.
• Develop cost plans, budgets, and pricing strategies for tenders.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary bid teams and stakeholders.
• Manage tendering process from inquiry to final submission.
• Provide recommendations on tender pricing and bid strategies.
• Lead and mentor estimation engineers and tendering staff.
