Job summary

UCC Holding in Doha seeks a seasoned Proposal Manager (Mechanical Plant) to lead tendering and EPC proposal efforts for large-scale mechanical, power, energy, and industrial projects.

The successful candidate will manage estimates, pricing, BOQs, cost build-ups, and coordinate technical and commercial inputs across teams, ensuring rigorous risk assessment and compliant submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong EPC tendering and estimation knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, commercial, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and tendering/estimating tools.
• Qatar/GCC experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete tendering and proposal processes.
• Prepare estimates, pricing, BOQs, and cost build-ups.
• Coordinate technical and commercial inputs.
• Identify risks, exclusions, and commercial opportunities.

UCC Holding is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager (Mechanical Plant) with strong expertise in mechanical plant estimation, tendering, pricing, and EPC proposal management.

Experience Requirement:

• 12–18+ years of relevant experience.
• EPC/Main Contractor or Mechanical Contractor background.
• Mechanical plant, power, energy, O&G, mining, or industrial projects.
• Strong tendering, estimation, BOQ, take-off, and pricing experience.
• Experience evaluating OEM, supplier, and subcontractor quotations.
• Proven experience handling high-value and complex tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete tendering and proposal processes.
