Job summary

Swan Global is seeking a Property Management Manager to drive the performance of a diversified real estate portfolio in Doha, Qatar. The role reports to the COO and focuses on revenue optimization, occupancy, tenant retention, and asset value enhancement across the portfolio.

The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, governance, and oversight of property management operations, coordinating with Finance, Legal, and Facility Management to ensure alignment with business objectives

Qualifications

• 15+ years in property management or real estate operations.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role overseeing property management.
• Experience managing large residential or mixed-use assets.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue, occupancy, and asset value through strategic oversight.
• Oversee leasing strategy and commercial governance.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal and Facility Management.
• Prepare operational and financial performance reports.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management.
