Job summary

You will analyze market data, stay current with laws and valuation techniques, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of assignments. Fluent English is required, and Arabic language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property valuation or related field.
• Ability to inspect properties and analyze value determinants.
• Fluent English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Preferably non-Arabic speaker.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections to assess value determinants.
• Analyze comparable market data to estimate value.
• Prepare valuation and appraisal reports per standards.
