Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Project Control Manager to lead planning, cost control, risk management, and reporting for infrastructure projects in Lusail. The role collaborates with the Project Director to meet schedule, budget, and profitability goals while maintaining strict risk oversight.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in project controls, proficient with Primavera P6, and solid MS Office skills, along with leadership experience in multi-project environments and effective coordination

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 20+ years of project control, cost, and planning experience in infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, cost control software, and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience in multi-project environments with strong coordination capabilities.
• Must have valid QID and NOC.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and update detailed project schedules and align with site progress.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive cost control system and forecasts.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks with proactive actions.
• Develop and enforce project control processes and standardized reporting.
• Define KPIs, prepare monthly dashboards, and align with strategy.
• Consolidate data into high-level executive reports for meetings.
