Job summary

Confidential in Doha, Qatar, seeks an experienced Senior Project Planner with a strong track record in high-quality construction programs. You will develop initiation programmes, create detailed plans for all development phases, and implement a comprehensive project progress control system in alignment with the master schedule.

The role requires 15 years of planning experience, with 8+ years on complex projects and proficiency in Primavera P6, Primavera Enterprises, and Primavera Contract

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in planning construction projects using Primavera P6.
• Develop initiation programmes and detailed plans for all development phases.
• Establish cost and schedule baselines with monitoring mechanisms.
• Review project documents and conditions to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop initiation programmes for all development stages.
• Develop an overall development project progress control system for all phases.
• Effectively present project plans to stakeholders
• Monitor suppliers Rate of Progress to ensure alignment with the project plan
• Draw up action plans for the recovery of slippage and implement with suppliers
• Close-out planning functions and ensure data is correctly administered
