The position is a 1-year contract with a focus on delivering enterprise-level applications and rigorous documentation. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining APEX applications, optimizing PL/SQL code, collaborating with IT and business units, and ensuring alignment

Formación

• 10+ years of hands-on Oracle APEX development.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Database, and SQL.
• Government/public sector experience preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; Arabic mandatory.
• Based in Qatar with valid residency and right to work.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle APEX applications aligned to government sector requirements.
• Build and optimize complex PL/SQL procedures, functions, triggers, and packages.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into APEX solutions.
• Perform system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Ensure compliance with government security standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
