Job summary

Arab Solutions invites a Techno-Functional Consultant – SCM to join onsite in Qatar for an initial 3-month period. The role requires 5+ years in Oracle SCM with hands-on Oracle APEX development experience.

The candidate will bridge business and technical teams, design and customize SCM solutions, and support data migration and go-live activities. Strong PL/SQL/SQL skills, APIs and interfaces are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as Techno-Functional Consultant in Oracle SCM.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end SCM modules.
• Experience in requirement gathering, specs, and training.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between business and technical teams for SCM processes.
• Map business requirements to Oracle SCM functionality.
• Design, develop, and customize SCM solutions – Interfaces, Extensions, Reports.
• Develop and enhance applications using Oracle APEX where required.
• Support data migration and integration with other modules / third-party systems.
• Provide onsite functional and technical support during implementation and go-live.
• Prepare documentation and provide KT to business users.

Role Overview

Experience as Oracle APEX Developer (mandatory)

We are seeking a Techno-Functional Consultant – SCM with 5+ years of relevant experience in Oracle SCM modules with techno-functional expertise. Oracle Apex development experience is highly preferred.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 Years as Techno-Functional Consultant in Oracle SCM.

Strong Functional Knowledge In Core SCM Modules

• Inventory (INV)
• Purchasing (PO)
• Order Management (OM)
• Warehouse Management / Logistics

Strong Technical Skills

• PL/SQL, SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflows
• Oracle SCM Technical - APIs, Interfaces, Conversions

Preferred: Hands-on experience as Oracle APEX Developer - Building applications, reports, integrations.

Experience in End-to-End SCM Implementation, Support, and Enhancement.

Requirement gathering, Functional Specs (FDD), Technical Specs (TDD), and User Training.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as Techno-Functional bridge between Business and Technical teams for SCM processes.
