Job summary

Malomatia in Qatar is seeking an experienced Oracle APEX support specialist to manage day-to-day application operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity across Oracle databases.

You will collaborate with L3/technical teams, monitor workflows, perform health checks, and implement updates to keep systems stable and compliant with ITIL incident and change processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with 4–6+ years in Oracle APEX environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
• 4–6+ years of experience in Oracle APEX environments.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Oracle APEX applications and related database systems.
• Provide application support, configuration, and access management.
• Perform health checks and monitor data workflows for accuracy and reliability.
• Handle incidents with timely resolutions in line with SLAs.
• Support end users with access, functionality, and reporting issues.
