Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related).
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• 10+ years in oil/gas shutdowns with 5+ years offshore projects.
• Strong leadership and cross-cultural teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-shutdown planning, scope definition and risk assessments.
• Develop schedules, budgets and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and operations teams.
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage expenditures and mitigate cost overruns; ensure quality and technical standards.
