Job summary

QatarEnergy LNG in Qatar is seeking a Process Engineering Specialist to advise and support process engineering activities across EPC and Startup phases, ensuring safety, operability, reliability, and maintainability throughout the facility life cycle.

You will actively participate in RCFA, Hazop, FRA, Hazid, and SIL verification, develop SOPs, implement surveillance tools, and support system completions during walk-downs prior to commissioning and startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering is required.
• 8 years' experience in an oil and gas environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in RCFA, Hazop, FRA, Hazid and SIL verifications.
• Develop and implement process surveillance tools for safe, reliable production.
• Support system completions and walk-downs prior to commissioning and startup.
