Job summary

Airswift is seeking an Engineering Lead (Process - C2 Recovery) in Qatar to provide technical leadership and discipline engineering for a major recovery project spanning FEED and EPC phases. The role ensures process activities align with project specs, standards and safety requirements while delivering reliable, fit-for-purpose solutions.

The successful candidate will oversee design reviews, technical direction, risk management and contractor oversight across engineering disciplines,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience.
• At least 4 years in Oil & Gas.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory/lead/oversight experience.
• Experience with EPC contractors, vendors, service companies in Oil & Gas.
• Strong knowledge of international engineering standards, specifications and design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Process Engineering discipline across the C2 Recovery Project.
• Review, approve and endorse engineering designs and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards and project requirements.
• Provide technical assurance and risk-based assessments for complex issues.
• Manage interfaces across engineering disciplines and stakeholders.
• Support contractor performance and timely delivery of services.
