Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Commissioning Lead (Offshore ICSS) to oversee all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for the ICSS-ESD discipline offshore. The role ensures systems meet project specifications and approved procedures.

You will monitor contractor progress, manage punch lists, witness test sheets, and coordinate with CTR, vendors, and offshore teams to ensure safe handover and completion. Strong leadership, CMS experience, and offshore commissioning expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 8 years commissioning experience in oil and gas, with supervisory exposure.
• Experience with CMS data bases (PIMS, WinPCS, ICAPS, Hexagon).
• Offshore commissioning and start-up knowledge.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of HSE standards and safe handover practices.

Responsibilities

• Witness contractors' scope of work and validate test sheets.
• Oversee pre-commissioning and commissioning activities offshore.
• Coordinate, attend and document weekly progress meetings.
• Review CTR ITRs and check sheets, and ensure handover readiness.
• Support safety and PTW/SIMOPS processes offshore.
