Job summary

Airswift is seeking an Engineering Lead (ICSS) in Doha, Qatar, to drive Instrument & Control engineering across the project. You will ensure compliance with specifications, lead multi-discipline interfaces, and coordinate with EPC contractors to deliver ICSS systems for offshore assets.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive I&C experience in oil & gas, and a proven ability to manage complex schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 8 years’ experience in Instrument and Controls in Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of ICSS and offshore assets, instrumentation, controls and safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Instrument & Control engineering activities to comply with project specs and variations.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to EPC contractor to deliver I&C design on time.
• Manage ICSS purchase orders and ensure safe integration with existing facilities.
• Drive planning, scheduling, reporting, and change management for project progress.
• Coordinate multi-discipline activities and interface with vendors and contractors.
• Provide knowledge sharing and timely lessons learned to project leadership.
