Qualifications

• 8 years' commissioning experience in large oil & gas projects.
• 1 year in supervisory or oversight role.
• Knowledge of completion certificate types.
• Strong decision making and prioritization under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Witness and validate contractor scope of work and test sheets.
• Oversee offshore pre-commissioning and commissioning activities with safety focus.
• Ensure timely handover to permanent asset through completion management.
• Coordinate punch list creation and clearance with Contractor.
• Verify completeness of contractor dossiers from mechanical completion to handover.
• Monitor CMS progress and preservation activities.
