Job summary

V2X in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a Network Administrator II to lead a NOC-based team, oversee VoIP and network infrastructure, and ensure secure, reliable LAN/WAN operations. The role requires active clearance and DoD 8570/CE certifications, with responsibilities spanning incident response, security policy enforcement, and disaster recovery.

You will coordinate with multiple sites, manage schedules, and mentor junior staff while ensuring compliance with DISA STIG and encryption standards.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
• Must maintain baseline DoD 8570.01M certifications and CE certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and operations of VoIP phones, switches, routers, and encryption devices.
• Monitor LAN/WAN and Wireless Network availability and reliability.
• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot network devices including HAIPE encryption.
• Report outages to NOC service desk and provide status updates.
• Supervise NA personnel and manage shift schedules.
