NetWitness is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity & Operational Technology Specialist to support customers in Qatar and the broader region. You will conduct complex investigations, cybersecurity assessments, consulting engagements and incident response, with onsite work as required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience with hands-on forensic and IR work.
• Experience securing OT/ICS environments, including industrial networks and segmentation.
• Familiarity with OT cybersecurity frameworks and standards (IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82).
• Strong executive-level communication, able to translate technical findings for business stakeholders.
• Preferred certifications: GCFA, GCFE, GCIH, GNFA, GREM, CISSP, CISA, OSCP, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with local sales to develop technical solutions and engagement plans.
• Lead reviews of customer cybersecurity posture across IT and OT.
• Identify vulnerabilities and improve cyber resilience.
• Design secure OT network architectures using segmentation and zero-trust models.
• Conduct assessments and threat modeling on ICS/SCADA/OT environments.
• Develop OT incident response playbooks prioritizing process safety and plant availability.
• Deliver cybersecurity consulting both remotely and onsite in Qatar and regionally.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing.
