Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, storage, issuance, and movement of materials for projects.
• Monitor material requirements to ensure timely availability for planned work.
• Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, transfers, returns and stock balances.
• Coordinate with procurement, stores, engineering, project and site teams on material needs.
• Track purchase orders and delivery status, flag shortages or delays.
• Verify material documentation, specifications, quantities and related records.
• Support inventory controls and reconcile physical stock with records.
• Prepare material status reports for management reviews.

Our client is seeking an experienced professional capable of coordinating materials, monitoring inventory, maintaining material documentation, and supporting timely availability of materials for operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
