• Manage relationships with tenants, brand principals, and franchise partners.
• Oversee daily operations, compliance, and ESG alignment across retail zones.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Marketing, Facilities, and Security teams for brand standards.
• Drive customer experience initiatives and loyalty program development.
• Oversee rental collection and financial governance with cross-functional teams.
