Job summary

Place Vendôme Qatar is seeking a Retail Property Manager to oversee luxury retail operations within the mall, driving exceptional service, tenant satisfaction, and premium customer experience.

The role acts as second-in-command to Mall Manager, leading a multidisciplinary operations team and coordinating with leasing, marketing, and brand partners to uphold the asset’s premium standards.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in retail operations or shopping mall management.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role within a luxury retail environment in Qatar or GCC
• Strong commercial and analytical acumen.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with high-end international and regional brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategies to enhance retail performance including KPIs like tenant sales and footfall.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants, franchise owners, and brand principals.
• Oversee daily retail operations and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with Leasing and Marketing to improve mall profitability and brand alignment.
• Manage rental collection, arrears, and financial reporting; support tenant settlements and payment arrangements.
• Provide strategic input on market positioning and new retail concepts.
