Job summary

Place Vendôme Qatar is seeking a Retail Property Manager to oversee luxury retail operations, ensuring exceptional service, optimal tenant mix, and premium customer experiences within the mall. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and act as a key liaison among tenants, brand partners, and mall management.

The role prioritizes driving performance, strengthening partnerships with high-end brands, and aligning retail strategy with the asset’s long-term commercial objectives in Qatar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 10–15 years in retail operations or mall management, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Experience in luxury retail in Qatar or GCC.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytics.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations and ensure premium service standards.
• Lead retailer relationships and oversee tenant performance.
• Collaborate with leasing, marketing, and finance for profitability.
