Job summary

Employment in Doha, Qatar seeks an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement, sourcing, inventory planning, and end-to-end operations for a lubricants manufacturing facility. You will ensure uninterrupted supply of base oils, additives, packaging, and plant materials while optimizing costs.

Ideal candidates have 7–12 years in lubricant/chemical procurement, a relevant degree, and certifications such as CIPS/CPSM. Fluent English is required; Arabic is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related field.
• 7–12 years in procurement and supply chain in lubricant or chemical industries.
• Experience sourcing base oils and additives; strong supplier management.
• English fluency; Arabic a plus; professional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement strategies aligned with production needs and cost savings.
• Lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, and vendor evaluations.
• Manage base oil and additive procurement, including Group I–V fluids.
• Oversee plant procurement, packaging, maintenance items, and inventories.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate procurement reporting.
