Job summary

Petrofac-Qatar seeks a Sales Engineer to promote lubricants to clients and OEMs in Qatar. The role combines technical selling with commercial acumen to grow market share across oil & gas, manufacturing, automotive, marine and construction sectors.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering and 5–7 years of B2B lubricants sales in Qatar, plus a Qatar driving license. A strong command of English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5–7 years of proven B2B sales experience in the lubricants industry with Qatar market exposure.
• Valid Qatar driving license and strong communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).

Responsibilities

• Represent the MNC lubricant brand in Qatar as the primary technical and commercial contact.
• Apply technical selling knowledge to assess client needs and recommend lubricant solutions.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and value-proposition meetings.
• Achieve/exceed monthly and annual sales targets; develop long-term client relationships.
