Job summary

Airswift is seeking a senior Construction Execution professional for Ras Laffan Industrial City with extensive LNG project experience. The role oversees on-site EPC construction activities, ensures safe and efficient handover to commissioning, and drives alignment among contractors, subcontractors and vendors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering is required.
Minimum 12 years of experience on large-scale construction projects in oil & gas.
Experience leading EPC execution and managing interfaces with EPC contractors, subcontractors and vendors.
Proven track record of successful project delivery and strong safety performance.

Responsibilities

Review and approve Construction Execution Plans, procedures, specifications and progress reports.
Provide technical leadership and practical solutions to project teams and stakeholders.
Identify issues, determine root causes, and develop mitigation plans.
Coordinate construction, precommissioning and commissioning interfaces to ensure seamless handover.
Lead and coordinate large-scale workforce management and safety performance.
