Job summary

Ably Resources Ltd. in Qatar is seeking a Senior Commercial Planner to optimise the LNG export supply chain, aligning production, storage, shipping and sales to meet contractual objectives.

You will prepare LNG volume forecasts, develop ADP scenarios, maintain 90-day schedules and coordinate with production and asset teams to hit year-end targets, while providing commercial input into agreements and operational plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Economics.
• 8+ years' oil and gas experience, including at least 3 years in supply chain or logistics.
• Strong understanding of marine transportation of hydrocarbons and LNG commercial frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, modelling, and communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update annual and monthly LNG volume forecasts for assigned ventures.
• Develop LNG Annual Delivery Programme (ADP) scenarios and support contract negotiations.
• Maintain 90-day schedules to ensure compliance with LNG sales agreements and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with production and asset teams to achieve year-end targets.
• Provide commercial input into agreements, procedures, and operational plans.
