Job summary

You will analyze requirements, map processes, and collaborate with multiple teams across Credit, Risk, and IT to drive transformation. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in Corporate Banking or Financial Services Transformation, with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of corporate banking or financial services transformation experience.
• Strong understanding of lending processes and loan lifecycle.
• Experience gathering requirements and creating BRDs/BSRs and user stories.
• Exposure to lending transformation, credit systems, and process improvement.
• Knowledge of FDI, structured finance, co-lending or corporate lending is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, IT, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, BRDs/BRS, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with Business, Credit, Risk, Operations, Product, and Technology teams on lending transformation initiatives.
• Analyse end-to-end lending and credit processes for automation and efficiency gains.
• Support lending platform enhancements, loan origination systems, and loan lifecycle management.
• Conduct financial, market, sector, and portfolio analysis to support lending growth.
• Contribute to credit framework enhancements, process optimisation, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with regional stakeholders for cross-market implementation and transformation.
