Job summary

Capco in Doha is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Business Consulting practice. You will work with financial services professionals to understand challenges, translate requirements into actionable solutions, and support meaningful transformation initiatives.

You’ll collaborate across business and technology teams to improve processes, enhance customer experiences, and deliver sustainable outcomes, while exploring AI-enabled workflows with human oversight and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, consulting, or related transformation.
Strong knowledge of BA techniques, requirements management, and process mapping.
Experience collaborating with business and technology teams to deliver actionable outcomes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills across organisational levels.
Curiosity about AI-enabled ways of working with emphasis on human judgement and responsible AI.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
Map current and future-state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align needs with project goals.
Support delivery teams through project lifecycle including testing and change management.
Leverage approved AI tools for analysis and documentation while ensuring responsible outputs.
