Job summary

Black & Grey HR in Doha, Qatar seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead IT projects across hospitality and service verticals. You will plan, execute, and deliver projects, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholders to ensure technology delivery aligns with business needs and approved architectures.

The role requires a solid SDLC background, strong governance, and excellent stakeholder management across cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

5–7 years of IT project design, delivery and management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Strong SDLC and project management methodologies.
Experience managing application development and outsourced technology services.
Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and tracking.
Hands-on with Microsoft Project, Excel and Visio.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

Manage and successfully deliver IT projects following PM standards and business requirements.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and roadmaps.
Ensure delivery within timelines, budgets, scope and quality standards.
Monitor project performance using appropriate metrics and reporting techniques.
Identify risks, dependencies, delays and implement corrective actions.
