Job summary

ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar seeks an experienced Project Manager to define objectives, plan, and deliver IT projects on time and within budget in a financial-services context.

You will lead a project team, coordinate with stakeholders and consultants, manage changes, monitor progress, and ensure quality. Fluency in English and Arabic is required; PMP is preferred. This role requires 8–10 years in project management with at least 5 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• BSc Degree in Management, Finance, Computer Science, Technology or Engineering.
• PMI-PMP certification is preferred for this role.
• 8-10 years of experience in Project Management with at least 5 years in leadership within a financial institution.
• English & Arabic spoken (mandatory).
• Digitally savvy with experience in Digital Product/Services development, agile teams, and testing/QA.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, plan, execute, and finalize projects within timeline and budget.
• Lead the project management team to ensure scope, cost, timelines and quality targets are met.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and external service providers for successful project delivery.
• Oversee design reviews, change management, and postmortems for continuous improvement.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and reports to management and ensure compliance with standards.
