Job summary

Gender is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (ICT Network) to lead planning, design, implementation and delivery of large-scale ICT and network infrastructure projects in Doha. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate stakeholders, ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget, and drive risk, compliance and governance across programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, telecommunications, computer science, engineering, or related discipline.
PMP certification and Cisco CCNP/CCIE are highly preferred.
10+ years of experience in ICT networks and 5+ years in ICT network project management.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of ICT network infrastructure projects from initiation to closure.
Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.
Engage stakeholders and translate technical concepts for senior management.
Ensure compliance, testing, acceptance, and operational readiness.
